We will help you find the most suitable supplier in China, obtain quotations, and provide manufacturing solutions from the supplier, all free of charge.
After you are satisfied with the price and sample, you can place your order, and we will handle mass production, quality inspection, and door-to-door logistics.
LuluSourcing ensures product quality and provides free replacement or compensation to you if any quality issues arise.

If you decide to use your own suppliers in China, we can coordinate with them to ensure they understand and can meet your product requirements.
Once your suppliers bring the cargo to our warehouse, we will conduct quality inspections and arrange door-to-door logistics.
Service Fee: 5% of the product value, with a minimum fee of $100.

What's the main difference between Pro Plan and Basic Plan?
With Pro Plan, you purchase directly from LuLuSourcing’s supplier network, and LuLuSourcing guarantees product quality and compensates you in case of any quality issues. With Basic Plan, you use your own supplier resources, and LuLuSourcing negotiates with your supplier to resolve any quality issues, but the final loss is borne by you or your supplier.
Can I use both Pro Plan and Basic Plan simultaneously?
Yes, you can. If you have multiple products to source, you can create a Basic Plan order for those you buy from your own suppliers and a Pro Plan order for those you buy from LuLuSourcing’s suppliers.
What’s your minimum order quantity?
For the Basic Plan, the service fee is 5% of the product value. If the total service fee is less than $100, we will still charge a minimum service fee of $100. For both the Basic and Pro Plans, you can place a single order for multiple products if the average purchasing amount for each product is above $500. We will impose a handling fee of $25 per product for products that do not meet the $500 standard. Packaging and accessories will not be charged. For example, you can purchase 1 to 6 different products without paying extra fees in a $3200 order. However, we will charge a handling fee for the 7th or more products in the same order.
Will you share the supplier information from the Pro Plan?
We can’t disclose the supplier details under most circumstances. However, we are more than willing to assist our clients to conduct on-site factory inspections.
How do you conduct quality inspections?
By default, we provide free quality inspections according to AQL 2.5 standards, regardless of whether the cargo has been reworked by factories due to previous quality issues. We can also offer inspections at a higher ratio or on a one-by-one basis, but this service is charged separately and quoted accordingly.
How do you charge for photography?
Photos start at $3 each.
